Although we reserve the right to change our terms and conditions, we guarantee to honour the terms in place at the time of booking.

Participants cancellation

We do not accept cancellations or refunds for online webinars or any other formats other than live webinars. You need to cancel your order for a live webinar atleast one day before the webinar is scheduled to start in order to receive a complete refund. Orders placed for online webinars other than live will not be refunded. It is possible to exchange your order or request a credit note for future purchases. In order to keep our customers happy, we answer all questions or concerns regarding their refunds. Please contact our support staff if you have questions or concerns about your refund.
